Mini Cruiser (Wood)

A mini-cruiser made of wood is typically longer and wider in size than the classic 22" pennyboards of plastic. It is also quite often seen that wood mini-cruisers comes with grip tape mounted on the deck. This alongside the larger wheels and wider decks gives more stability and a far better grip, when skating through the streets.
What this also does is make these mini-cruisers of wood better for carving and slalom downhill riding. These riding styles are a lot similar to those of a longboard, it can therefore roughly be said that a mini-cruiser of wood is a smaller version of a longboard.
